Terms of Use

MrFollows sells 51 engagement services across twelve platforms. Every contract has the same subject: we deliver a stated count of one metric to one public target that you name, and that is what we owe you.

The package step you pick sets the quantity, the product page sets the kind of count, and the link or username you paste sets the target. An order lands in one run, with two exceptions. On Instagram views the product page offers a window to spread the count over, and TikTok views offers the same. The window you choose is part of the order.

Your order is your offer to buy. You make it by choosing a package step, pasting a public link or username, and confirming at checkout. No account is created for it, and no login or app permission is asked for.

We accept it when your payment is confirmed. Until then the order sits on Payment pending. After that you receive an email with the order ID and a link to your order page, and the order moves to Processing. Keep that link: anyone holding it can read the order.

The price that applies is the one shown beside the package step at the moment you pay, and the total in the checkout summary. Prices move; an older figure binds neither of us.

Prices display in US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or pounds, switchable in the footer. Our pricing is held in US dollars, so the other three are conversions.

There is a minimum of one dollar per order. If your items come to less, the difference is added as its own line called Low order fee, the total is raised to one dollar, and you see that line before you pay.

Checkout takes card or cryptocurrency. Card sends you to a secure payment page for the charge. With crypto you pick the coin, from Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and several others, and you are sent to a payment page for it. Neither the card number nor a wallet key is typed on this site: both are entered on the payment provider's own page.

You pay the full amount quoted on the payment page, and an amount that arrives short of it does not confirm on its own. Nothing is delivered against an unconfirmed payment.

By placing an order you confirm three things. You are at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The target you paste is yours, or you are otherwise entitled to place an order for it. The target is public and stays reachable until the item on your order page reads Delivered.

We work only from the public address you give us: no password, no login code, no access to the account behind it.

Before checkout the address you paste goes through a check. On Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, Spotify and SoundCloud the check looks the target up and returns it to you on screen. On Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch and Kick it goes no further than the form of the address and the name inside it, and calls nothing up from the platform.

The check is a help before you pay, not a promise about the target. It does not see a private account, a closed comment section or a post taken down since you copied the address. If it cannot complete, you can carry on with the address as you typed it.

What we deliver against is the address recorded in the order.

We owe you the count you bought, delivered to the target in your order. What the platform does with it afterwards sits outside the contract: platforms remove counts on their own side, and we have no part in that decision.

We do not promise a delivery time. Your order page shows the order ID, one status, the payment method and its state, the total, and each item with its quantity, target, price and a Processing or Delivered label. It carries no percentage, no queue position and no finishing time.

Where a service is sold with a refill, a count that falls back within 30 days of delivery is topped up at no charge, against the order ID.

What is paid back, and in which case, is set out in the Money-Back Policy, which forms part of these terms. Money returned on a card order goes back to the card that paid it; on a crypto order it goes to a wallet address you give us. Delivery begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, so an order cannot be called off after that; before then nothing has started.

We do not take an order placed to harass a person, one that passes you off as another person or business, one that supports unlawful content, one paid from a wallet that is not yours, or one aimed at a target you have no right to place it for.

We can refuse or stop such an order at any point, and you can ask about an order that has not moved by sending its order ID to support@mrfollows.com.

MrFollows is provided as it stands. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, whether it failed, arrived short, or went to a target you named in error.

We are an independent shop, not connected to any platform we deliver to, and we do not answer for what a platform does to an account, a post or a count. Losses beyond the value of the order, such as reach or income you expected, are not ours to carry.

Support runs by email at support@mrfollows.com and answers within 24 hours. Put the order ID in your first message: it connects your payment, your package and your targets. What we do with your email address and those targets is set out in the Privacy Notice.

The date at the top of this page belongs to the version you are reading, and the version that governs your order is the one published when you placed it. Where a change is material, it appears here before it takes effect.

These terms, and every order placed under them, are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Where we cannot settle a dispute directly, it is heard by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
