Two ways to pay: card, or cryptocurrency
MrFollows takes payment by card or in cryptocurrency. Prices are set in US dollars, the coin amount is worked out when you pay, and the full total sits on the screen before anything leaves your wallet.
Cards accepted
Card payment runs through our payment provider on its own protected page. The card number is entered there, never here, so nothing about it reaches our servers or our database.

At checkout
Three steps, then you're done.
Pick a method
Choose card or a coin at checkout and you are sent to the matching secure payment page.
Pay securely
Enter the card on the provider's page, or send the amount from any wallet. Nothing is typed on our site.
Auto-confirmed
Once the payment confirms, your order is marked paid and starts.
Where your money stays safe
We can't leak payment data, because we never hold it.
No card details here
The card is entered on the payment provider's page. We receive the outcome of the payment, never the number, so no card detail is stored on this site.
No wallet keys
We never see or store your private keys, seed phrase or wallet login.
Confirmed before delivery
Nothing reaches a target until the payment has actually confirmed.

What we take
Payment runs on card or cryptocurrency. With a card you are sent to a secure payment page; with crypto you pick the coin on the payment page, where Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT are among the choices.
There is no account to create. An order needs a name and an email address, and the receipt goes to that address with the link to your order page inside it.
How the coin amount is worked out
Every price in the shop is a US dollar price. The coin amount is that dollar total converted at the rate showing the moment your payment goes through, not at the moment the payment page opened. A rate move while you switch over to your wallet therefore does not leave the order short of what it needs.
You send from your own wallet to the address shown on the payment page. We never see a wallet login, a private key or a recovery phrase, and there is no field anywhere on our site where you could type one.
The steps at checkout
The cart carries each service with the target you pasted into it. At checkout you fill in your name and email, choose card or cryptocurrency, and press Pay now. Up to that press, no payment has been started and nothing has been asked of your wallet.
Pressing Pay now creates the order and opens the payment page: the card form, or the amount and the address to send once you have picked a coin. Once you have sent the amount, you land back on your order page, which has its own private link that nobody can guess from the order ID.
What a confirmation changes
A new order opens at Payment pending, and the payment line next to it reads Awaiting confirmation until the payment clears. That page updates by itself, so you can leave it open in a tab.
When the confirmation lands, the payment line reads Confirmed and the order moves to Processing, which is when the items go out to the targets you gave us. How long the confirmation itself takes is decided by the network you paid on, so we put no clock on it: the order page carries no countdown and no estimate.
A payment that arrives short of the invoiced amount does not confirm on its own. Send the order ID to support@mrfollows.com and we sort it out by hand. We answer within 24 hours.
The one dollar minimum, and where it sits
An order has to reach one US dollar. Some of our smallest steps sit under that on their own. The first step on Telegram views is one, and the first step on Twitter impressions is another, so a single small item can leave a cart short of the minimum.
When that happens, the checkout summary puts a line called Low order fee directly under the subtotal and lifts the total to exactly one dollar. It is there before you pay, not discovered afterwards, and the same line appears again on your order page and in the receipt. Add more to the cart and the line drops away as soon as the subtotal reaches a dollar on its own.
The currency you read and the currency you are charged
You can read prices in US dollars, or switch the footer control to Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or British pounds. The switch sits in the footer, and it moves the figures in the package picker, the cart and the checkout.
Display is all it changes. Orders settle in US dollars, and with another currency selected the checkout prints that dollar amount under the total, so you know the sum being charged before you send anything. Treat the converted number as a guide to the size of the order rather than a bank rate, because the conversion behind it is a stored figure.
Money going back the other way
A coin payment cannot be pushed back down the route it came from. A refund under the Money-Back Policy is therefore sent to a wallet address of yours, so a refund request carries the order ID and that address in one message to support@mrfollows.com.
