How MrFollows is run

MrFollows sells 51 engagement services across 12 platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, LinkedIn, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch and Kick. Every one of those 51 has a page of its own, and every one of those pages was written for that single service.

A follower count and a view count get sized differently and are ordered differently, so each page states the package steps and the delivery that apply to it, rather than a description broad enough to sit under all fifty-one. The whole list is on the services page.

Two things: a package step, and a public link or username. You are never asked for a password, a login code or permission for an app, and there is no stage of the order where one of those would go.

When you paste an address, the shop checks it first. On Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, Spotify and SoundCloud it resolves the address and shows the target back to you, so you can see that the account or post you meant is the one we have. On Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch and Kick it fetches nothing at all: it confirms the address is well formed and reads the name out of it, and that is the whole of the check on those four.

The check can also come back with nothing, and then you can enter the target by hand and carry on. What it never does is tell you that an account is private, that comments are switched off under a post or that the post has been taken down. Those stay yours to look at before you order, because the count goes to the address you gave us either way.

Checkout takes card or cryptocurrency. You choose the coin at the payment step, and Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT are among the ones on offer. Card takes you to the payment provider's own secure page, so no payment detail is typed on this site.

Amounts display in US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or pounds, switched in the footer. The US dollar figure is the one we price in, and the other three are that figure converted so it reads in a familiar currency.

One dollar is the smallest order we take. If the packages you picked come to less than that, the difference is added as a line of its own in the checkout summary, so it is in front of you before you pay rather than afterwards.

An order lands in one run. There are two exceptions. Instagram views offers a window on its own product page, and so does TikTok views. Nothing else on the site spreads a count over time, and there is no such setting tucked away in the checkout.

The order page you land on afterwards is short on purpose. It carries the order ID as its heading, one status out of payment pending, processing or delivered, the payment method and where that stands, the total, and for each item the product name, the quantity, the target you pasted, the item price and a badge reading processing or delivered.

It has no percentage on it, no progress bar and no clock running down. What moves on that page is the badge next to each item, from processing to delivered.

On the services that carry a refill, a count that slips back inside 30 days of delivery is topped up again at no charge. We work from the order ID, so that is the thing worth keeping.

There are two claims we leave alone. We never say we know how a platform counts, ranks or reads what happens on it, because we do not. And we never tell you that a delivered count is out of reach of the platform it sits on.

Support runs through support@mrfollows.com, and an answer comes within 24 hours. Putting the order ID in the first message helps, because it lets us pull up the order before we reply.
