Money-Back Policy
Where a service carries a refill, a count that slips inside 30 days of delivery is topped back up at no charge, and three situations call for money back instead. This page sets out which is which, what sits outside both, and how to claim on your order ID.

The 30 day refill
Every product page states the same window, and this is the page that governs it. For 30 days from the moment an item reads Delivered on your order page, a count that has fallen below what that item delivered is topped back up at no charge. We compare what that item delivered against the count you report when you write in, and the shortfall goes on again.
The window is a flat 30 days on purpose. We do not claim to know how any platform decides what it keeps, so the rule does not ask what caused a drop. It asks whether the number is short and whether the 30 days have run out.
It runs per item, not per order. Put Instagram followers in a cart next to TikTok views and you have two windows, each starting when that line turns Delivered. A refill is a re-delivery of the shortfall to the same target. It is not money back, and it cannot be moved to another account, another post or another service.
When money comes back instead
Three cases end in a refund rather than a refill. The first is delivery that did not happen: an order that could not be started, or an item that stopped short and cannot be completed. Where nothing landed, the item is refunded in full; where part of it landed, the missing part is refunded.
The second is a target we got wrong. Your order page records the target you pasted for every item, next to the product name, quantity and item price. If the delivery went somewhere other than that recorded target, and that was our doing, the item is refunded.
The third is a payment made twice against the same order. One order carries one total, and a second payment on top of it goes back in full.
What sits outside both
A target that closes after the run is outside. If the account is switched to private, or the post, video or track is taken down, we can no longer read the count and we cannot add to it, so neither a refill nor a refund follows.
An address that named the wrong thing is outside as well. Before payment the check reads the target back to you, and on four of the twelve platforms it can do no more than confirm the address is well formed. It never notices that an account is private, that a comment section is switched off, or that a post has already gone. The target printed on your order page is the one you approved, and an order delivered correctly to the wrong handle is not refunded.
A change of mind once the full quantity has landed is outside too: there is nothing to take back off a public count.
Claiming it on the order ID
One message does it: support@mrfollows.com, with the order ID in it. The ID is the heading of your order page, and it ties the payment, the packages you chose and the targets you gave us together.
Say which item you mean, what the count reads now, and whether you are asking for the refill or for money back. If it is money back, say how you paid: a card payment goes back to the card that paid it, and for a crypto order put the wallet address in the same message. Support replies within 24 hours.
What we will not do is put a date on the outcome. Your order page shows each item's name, quantity, target, price and state, and stops there: no progress, no percentage, no estimated time, and support does not invent one behind it.
How a refund reaches you when you paid in crypto
A card order is refunded to the card that paid it, and shows up on the statement like any other refund. A crypto order settles on-chain, so its refund is not a reversal on a statement. It is a transfer we send out, which is why it needs an address from you and cannot start without one.
Send the address together with the coin it belongs to. An address is valid only on the network it was made for, and a transfer sent to the wrong one does not come back. Nothing else is needed: no login to your wallet, no seed phrase, no key, and anyone asking you for one is not us.
The amount is the total on your order. Pricing is based in US dollars whatever currency the site displayed, so that dollar base is what the refund is worked out from. Coin values move between the day you paid and the day the transfer goes out, so the number of coins leaving us can differ from the number that came in.
Where this policy sits
This page belongs to the Terms of Use, and the version that applies to an order is the one published on the day that order was placed. Governing law and the place of jurisdiction are the United Arab Emirates.
The policy covers the count we delivered measured against the count you have now, and the money you paid for it. It does not promise an outcome on a platform. The FAQ answers what comes up before an order; this page is the one for afterwards.
